History

AmeriRisk was founded in 1993 and is lead by its original owners and founders, Debra and Alan Nagel. Debra Nagel is the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and brings over 25 years of medical malpractice investigations, medical/hospital risk management, medical case management and medical legal review. Alan Nagel is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and provides more than 30 years of direct claims handling and claims management experience to the company.
